For the rest of our holiday we ate out as we just couldn't’t stand the hassle! We made a complaint about this but received no apology. The prices of the drinks were extortionate and again we ended up going elsewhere to buy our wine etc. A majority of the place was either not very well finished or not finished at all. We were not advised of these issues at the time of booking BEWARE: They will try to rip you off on your bill, we ended up with several items on our bill that we had not had and on questioning it we had to have an argument to get the items taken off. On the whole the place was awful, 5 Star…what a joke! We have stayed in better 3 Star hotels. We have vowed never to set foot in that place ever again! We had really looked forward to this holiday but were bitterly disappointed. We feel that the management left a lot to be desired and were totally unprofessional and lacked any kind of management experience or people skills. They just didn't have a clue! So if you are looking for a 5 Star luxury holiday, avoid this place like the plague!
